Face to face training

Along with our detailed training manuals we believe that face to face training is important. Our products are most often used in remote areas of South Africa, so in order to support this we equip key individuals to train others.

Sam herself has travelled to various provinces to assist users to operate their temperature monitors correctly. She recently travelled to a remote part of KwaZulu Natal to train nurses, pharmacists and pharmacist assistants on the best method to use the Fridge Tag 2 and Fridge Tag 3.

‘It is a wonderful experience to see first-hand, some of the very rural conditions that our products are used in,’ says Sam. ‘It’s great to interact with the people on the ground using them.’

 

Alternative training systems

Where necessary we also make use of videos and learner manuals to train individuals in the correct use of their temperature monitors.

Although we distribute internationally renowned products, many of our manuals have been re-written specifically for our South African market. We strive to make sure that we are also available to assist our clients with any questions they may have.
